The Minister of Housing visits the “Retal” projects and praises the speed of achievement

The Minister of Housing, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, praised the fast completion of housing projects implemented by the National Housing Company in partnership with the private sector, and stressed that this contributed to the high percentage of citizens’ ownership of housing, which exceeded the goals of the Kingdom’s vision at this stage.

During his visit to the “Nesaj Town 2” project, one of the projects of Retal Urban Development Company in cooperation with the National Housing Company, “Maintaining quality with speed of completion is a challenge for the developed companies, but thankfully the national companies have proven their ability.”

During his visit, the Minister of Housing was accompanied by a number of officials in the ministry and the National Housing Company, and he toured the presentation villas of the project in its second phase, and also visited the modern Nesaj Town Mosque.

Engineer Abdullah Al-Braikan, CEO of Retal for Urban Development, commented, “The Ministry of Housing’s support for national companies motivated them to contribute to housing development and raise the percentage of citizens’ home ownership within a short time, with quality implementation and options that suit all segments of society.”

It is noteworthy that the “Nesaj Town” project is being built in the Al-Waha suburb in Dammam on an area of ​​1,143,840 square meters, and the number of residential units is 1,653 units, according to engineering designs that satisfy all tastes and architectural planning that helps create interactive communities and increases the quality of life.
