Retal signs a contract with Jabeen to develop 897 housing units in Jubail Industrial City for 1.2 billion riyals

Retal signed a contract with jubail and Yanbu Industrial City Services Company (Jabeen), the investment arm of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, with an estimated value of one billion and 200 million riyals, to develop 897 housing units with integrated services and facilities, including primary and secondary infrastructure, design and construction, in Jubail Industrial City.
Eng. Abdullah AlBraikan, CEO of the company, said that the project is one of the strategic projects targeted by the company, and reflects its keenness to contribute to achieving sustainable urban development in the Kingdom, by providing high-quality housing units for employees working in the industrial zone.
He added that the project is a model for achieving one of the most important starting points of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 to enhance partnership between the public and private sectors and achieve quality of life for citizens. It also reflects the keenness of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu to provide an attractive environment for investors and provide integrated services to the population.
He explained that the sale of the units will be according to contracts concluded between the Jubail and Yanbu Industrial City Services Company “Jabeen” and the industrial companies operating in the region. The project is expected to have a positive impact on the urban and housing pattern of Jubail Industrial City and contribute to the application of modern urban and housing concepts that raise the concept of quality of life for the region citizens.
