BaOthman has been a board member of Ratal Urban Development Company since August 1, 2021, as well as chairing the nominations and Awards Committee. BaOthman completed his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering in 1995 from University of Reading, UK, and received his MBA in 2001 from the University of London (Imperial College School of Management) – UK.

BaOthman has been Chairman of Sidra Capital Since 2020, Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Executive Committee of Uptown Jeddah since 2020, Chairman of Inox Capital Company – Geneva since 2014, and has held many leadership positions for several other companies.
