We conclude our participation in “Cityscape” with the launch of a package of distinctive projects worth 14 billion Riyals.

We concluded our participation as a Diamond Sponsor at the Cityscape Global 2024, hosted in Riyadh under the theme “The Future of Life.” Our participation in the largest global real estate exhibition further strengthens the position of Retal and its central role in the urban development sector in the Kingdom.
We are also proud to announce the launch of a package of projects worth over 14 billion Riyals, with sales for four of these projects launched in Riyadh during the exhibition. These projects are: Nassaj Al-Fursan 2Ewan KhuzamEwan Sidra 4, and Ewan Rigan, which will be part of the Rigan Hills residential community.
The projects cover various areas of urban development, including residential, office, mixed-use, hospitality, and hotels, along with enhancing the technological infrastructure in the real estate sector.
Retal’s participation also saw the signing of 11 cooperation agreements and strategic partnerships, reflecting the group’s future vision and its active role in achieving the goals of Vision 2030. These partnerships also support innovation in architectural design and include several collaborations with banks to provide innovative financing solutions.
More than 1,200 families benefited from purchasing residential units from Retal during the Cityscape exhibition, totaling over 2 billion Riyals in value. Additionally, more than 5,000 clients expressed interest in the future projects launched by the group, reflecting the growing trust of clients in the distinguished projects offered by the group.
In this regard, Engineer Abdullah Al-Buraikan, the CEO, said: “Our participation in Cityscape Global 2024 affirms our position as a leading developer and a key contributor to shaping the future of the real estate sector in the Kingdom. Retal’s participation included a series of workshops and panel discussions addressing important topics in urban development. Several prominent figures also visited Retal’s pavilion, where they explored the group’s future projects and learned more about its vision and strategy.
