“Sakani” pointed out that the project is characterized by the integration of infrastructure and services such as electricity, water, sewage, asphalting, sidewalks and lighting, in addition to the flood drainage system, and the availability of sites designated for services and public utilities, and comes as an extension of about 73 projects under construction that provide more than 132 thousand housing units in various Regions and cities of the Kingdom in partnership with the private sector, in addition to 42 projects for ready-made housing units within the Ministry’s projects.
