“Retal” wins the largest housing project award at the “Restatex” exhibition

Retal Urban Development won the largest housing project award for the year 2021 at the Restatex Real Estate Exhibition, for “Nasaj Town 2” project in the Eastern Province.

“Retal” is participating as a diamond sponsor for the exhibition, which started today, Tuesday, and will last for four days at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center.

During the activities of the first day of the exhibition, the company launched the “Retal Rise” project, and “Marasi Al-Khobar scheme”.

The CEO of the company, Eng. Abdullah bin Faisal Al-Braikan, expressed his happiness that Retal won the award for the largest housing project, saying: “The company is expanding in housing projects in a scientific and thoughtful manner that takes into account the needs of the housing sector, in order to achieve the aspirations of Vision 2030 aimed at achieving the percentage of citizens’ ownership of homes. To 70 percent by 2030, which explains the company’s launch of the “Retal Rise” and “Anchorage Scheme” projects.

Al-Braikan continued: “Retal’s keenness to be at the forefront of real estate companies supporting the goals of the vision, prompts it to participate in major real estate events and exhibitions, including Restatex Riyadh, and before him the Future of Real Estate Forum.”

Through its participation in Restatex, the company aims to highlight the details of its own experience in developing and promoting the investment and residential sectors, through its expertise in implementing model housing projects that meet and provide privacy for Saudi families.

The exhibition highlights the developments of the local real estate sector, specifically in residential and commercial projects, maximizing their use, and developing them in accordance with international standards.

“Restatex” is an important annual real estate event in the Kingdom, and it is being held this year with wide participation from major real estate development and financing companies and various companies concerned with housing, real estate, and financing affairs in the public and private sectors.
