The Ministry of Housing has ranked Retal Urban Development Company as the Best Real Estate Developer in the Kingdom during the Sakani Forum organized by the Ministry in Riyadh. The Forum brought together all companies involved in the development of the Ministry’s projects as part of its partnership with the private sector.

Retal was honored by His Excellency the Minister of Housing, Mr. Majid Alhoqail, as the best developer in the Kingdom among the 35 companies involved in developing the Ministry’s housing projects, in appreciation of its commitment to quality and timelines.

This recognition emphasizes Retal’s standards, its commitment to the highest quality standards in construction, and its transparency and credibility to ensure the best interest of beneficiaries of the Ministry’s program. This reflects Retal’s keenness to cement its partnership with the Ministry on the one hand, and create residential communities that enrich the real estate market on the other, especially after its initiative to build the Nesaj Town Project facilities, which include a mosque that can accommodate 800 worshippers, commercial complexes, a public park, and a multi-use hall that serves the residents of the project.

This award is the first to be awarded by the Ministry of Housing in its bid to create a competitive spirit that drives the achievement of its housing projects in the best interest of its benefits, to ensure that they receive their first residence at the highest standards.

The Nesaj Town Project is one of the projects that Retal is carrying out in partnership with the Ministry of Housing. It numbers 674 residential villas in three different models with various financing solutions that take into account all the categories benefiting from the Ministry of Housing.
