Retal Urban Development Company is participating in the Restatex Real Estate Exhibition, which will take place from March 1st til March 4th 2022.

The company is participating as a diamond sponsor in the exhibition, which will be held over the course of 4 days at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center.

Through its participation, the company aims to launch several new real estate projects that are set to leave a mark on the real estate market.

Retal will also highlight its expertise in developing and promoting the real estate sector and achieving the aspirations and objectives of Vision 2030 by providing housing for every citizen.

The exhibition will highlight developments in the local real estate sector, particularly in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. It will also shed light on ways to maximize the utilization of such projects and develop them in accordance with international standards.

Retal’s participation in the Restatex Exhibition comes a few days after its participation in the Real Estate Future Forum organized by the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing.

The 2022 edition of the exhibition will be launched under the patronage of the Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Alhoqail. Restatex is the largest annual real estate event in the Kingdom, covering the entire area of the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center. Major real estate, housing, and financing companies as well as various companies operating in these fields from both the public and private sectors will participate in the exhibition.
