We were pleased to sign an agreement to develop the Oasis Fund with BLOMINVEST TO DEVELOP A LUXURIOUS OFFICE COMPLEX AND SHOWROOMS IN THE NARCISSUS DISTRICT OF RIYADH, worth SAR 25 million, and the development contract includes a plot of land of 40,000 square meters.
The duration of the contract is 30 months from the date of commencement of construction.
