We are pleased to announce the successful conclusion of our participation as a strategic partner at the Cityscape Global exhibition in Riyadh, the world’s largest real estate exhibition. The exhibition witnessed the attendance of over 160,000 visitors from more than 170 countries. During the exhibition, deals worth 110 billion SAR were signed, including new investments worth 40 billion SAR, and residential unit sales totaling more than 3.8 billion SAR.

We showcased the latest technologies and urban communities at the exhibition and successfully closed the sales of two projects, “Nesaj Al Fursan” and “Ewan Sadra,” in collaboration with ROSHN and the National Housing Company.

Multiple agreements and contracts were also signed with international and national entities, including a strategic partnership with Marriott International to develop The Ritz-Carlton resort in Al Khobar, an agreement with Al Rajhi Bank, a memorandum of understanding with Colliers Canada for project management and consulting services, and an agreement with the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing to drive innovation towards the ‘Future Home.’

These agreements represent significant steps towards furthering our commitment to the real estate industry and contribute to the development of the region’s housing and hospitality sectors.
