Implemented under strategic partnership with National Housing Compan

Within the first 24 hours of opening bookings for its new residential project Nesaj Town Al Narjis in Riyadh, Retal Urban Development Company announced that the project was fully booked by Sakani program beneficiaries. Last Monday, Retal had opened bookings for the new project through Sakani in cooperation with the National Housing Company. Retal is cooperating with the NHC on the implementation of the project, as part of a policy aimed at securing housing for every citizen. The new project is located north of Riyadh in the district of Al-Narjis, with a total area of 127,712 square meters. It comprises 455 four-bedroom residential villas, 229 of which in Model A, 190 in Model B, and 36 in Model C. The project houses all essential facilities, including a mosque and a masjid, a park, and a kindergarten, and is in the proximity of several other service centers, ministry offices, and government service entities.

Retal said this project is part of the Nesaj Town projects implemented in several cities of the Eastern and Central regions with the aim of providing optimum housing for beneficiaries of the Sakani Program.
