His Highness Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Jalawi, Governor of Jeddah, inaugurated the Sadayem suburb in Jeddah City on Monday 17/07/2023. This was done after an agreement concluded by us with the National Housing to be a partner to develop housing units in Jeddah Governorate – north of Obhur – within the suburbs of Sodayem. We are glad to be one of the National Housing partners aiming to contribute to strengthening one of the most important pillars of the Kingdom’s vision, which is looking forward to raising the percentage of citizen ownership to 70%.

With “Nesaj” projects, our aim is to develop urban, living, and modern communities that enjoy a civilized quality of life. Also, to provide real estate products compatible with the Saudi family’s requirements, such as privacy and space. As well as the private and public facilities and habilitating the neighborhoods with the required services to grant the appropriate atmosphere for family stability.

Nasaj Sadaym consists of more than 320 housing units, within the master plan of the Sadaym suburb project. with a land area of ​​more than 98,000 square meters.
