The National Housing Company and Retal Urban Development Company signed a partnership agreement to implement a new housing project within the Nesaj Town series of projects in the city of Khobar, as part of the ministry’s partnership program with the private sector to provide high-quality housing solutions for beneficiaries.
It was signed by Eng. Muhammad bin Saleh Al-Bati, CEO of the National Company, who commented: The speed of Retal’s completion of its projects while adhering to the quality level specified by the Ministry has left a distinguished imprint in the housing projects submitted by the Ministry of Housing and a proof of its ability to develop larger projects with the same efficiency.
For his part, Eng. Abdullah Al-Braikan, CEO of Retal Urban Development Company, confirmed that the ministry provided great support to real estate developers, allowing them to create wider areas of diversity in products, excellence, and quality of outputs in an effort to support the Kingdom’s vision 2030 by finding diverse housing solutions suitable for all segments and tastes. He said: “Retal has developed more than 5,000 housing units over the past few years, which is a feature that we are proud of as it comes to serve the country and citizens, and its new project in Al-Khobar will be a distinctive addition to the housing sector in the Kingdom.”
