Today, Thursday evening, the 8th of December 2022, we in “Retal Urban Development” have launched the second phase of our recent residential project, “Ewan Sidra” in the capital, Riyadh, in light of our continuous endeavor to support the housing system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In this project, we offer high-end villas of a distinguished Salmani style, in cooperation with Roshan Real Estate Company, creating an integrated residential community with services, distinguished by its location and unit designs, to raise the luxury and quality of life of its residents, which in turn contributes to raising the percentage of homeownership among citizens to 70 percent by 2030.
The project is located north of Riyadh, in Sidra district, on a total area of 272,505 square meters. It includes 372 residential villas, distributed among several models that vary in size and design to meet all the needs and desires of its residents.
The project is characterized by containing several services commensurate with the residential neighborhood, starting from the mosque, the garden, and even schools, in addition to the proximity of the project to the most important service destinations.
