The CEO of Retal, Eng. Abdullah Al-Braikan, received the Excellence Award for Residential Projects 2022, for winning the Nesaj Town Riyadh project, the Excellence Award for Residential Projects 2022 was presented by Sakani, within the Sakani Forum 2022, which was held in Al-jawan suburb north of Riyadh.
The Nesaj Town Riyadh project, which extends over an area of 160,000 square meters, and includes 550 housing units within a residential environment with integrated services and facilities that provide quality of life, modern designs, and reasonable prices, in line with the objectives of the housing program to reach a 70% ownership rate by 2030.
Eng. It is worth noting that winning the Excellence Award comes for the third time in a row in the history of Retal’s rich achievements, as it preceded Retal’s victory in 2019 and 2020 for its excellence in developing integrated housing projects, and thus it deservedly deserved the title of best real estate developer.
