Al-Fozan has been Chairman of Ratal Urban Development Company since July 4, 2020, as well as chairman of the Executive Committee. Al-Fozan finished his studies and graduated in 1989 from King Saud University, Department of Business Administration – Accounting Department in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Al-Fozan has been Chairman of Bawan Since 2011, Chairman of Al-Fozan Holding Company since 2009, Chairman of Ajdan Real Estate Development Company since 2007 and Chairman of Maddad Company Ltd. since 2008, Vice Chairman of Shamal Holding Company since 2014, Managing Director of Al Maali Holding Company since 2021 and board member of the new Jeddah Central Company since 2019, He also holds many leadership positions for several other companies.

Al-Fozan has been Vice Chairman of Ratal Urban Development Company since July 4, 2020.

Al-Fozan finished his studies and graduated in 1986 from the Institute of Public Administration in Dammam Department of Financial Studies – Saudi Arabia.
Al-Fozan has been director of Madar Electricity Materials Co. Ltd. since 2007, director of Madar Hardware Co. since 2007, board member of Al-Fozan Holding Company since 2009, board member of Al Maali Holdings since 2021, and has held many leadership positions for several other companies.

He has been a board member of Ratal Urban Development Since August 1, 2021, as well as chairman of chairing the review Committee.  He completed his studies and graduated in 1989 from King Saud University in Riyadh with a law in Saudi Arabia.

He has been Secretary-General of the Asharqia Chamber since 2010, board member, member of the review committee, and member of the Executive Committee of Dhahran International Exhibitions Company since 2014.

BaOthman has been a board member of Ratal Urban Development Company since August 1, 2021, as well as chairing the nominations and Awards Committee. BaOthman completed his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering in 1995 from University of Reading, UK, and received his MBA in 2001 from the University of London (Imperial College School of Management) – UK.

BaOthman has been Chairman of Sidra Capital Since 2020, Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Executive Committee of Uptown Jeddah since 2020, Chairman of Inox Capital Company – Geneva since 2014, and has held many leadership positions for several other companies.

Al Mojil has been a board member of Ratal Urban Development Company since July 4,  2020, as well as a member of the Nominations and Rewards Committee. He completed his Bachelor of Industrial Management in 1991 from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.  He also received a certificate of financial analysis and risk management from the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority in Riyadh in 1994, as well as a degree in Islamic banking sciences from the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Financial BIBF – the Kingdom of Bahrain in 1997.

He has been a board member of Saudi Tharwa since 2007, a board member of National Amlak Investment Company since 2012, a board member of BLOMINVEST Saudi Arabia Co. since 2015, a member of the Executive Committee of the Saudi Real Estate Company since 2019, and a member of several other companies.

Al Fozan has been a board member of Ratal Urban Development Company since  July 4,  2020. Al Fozan finished his studies and graduated in 1993 from King Saud University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Faculty of Management Sciences.

Al Fozan has been Chairman of BLOMINVEST Saudi Arabia Co. since 2018, Managing Director of Bawan since 2010, Board Member of United Electronics Company (Extra) since 2004, Board Member of Al Fozan Holdings since 2008,  and  has held several leadership positions for several other companies.

Al Nefaie has been a board member of Ratal Urban Development Company since November 28, 2020.   Al Nefaie completed his studies and graduated in 1998 from Umm Al-Qura University in Mecca, Accounting Department, Saudi Arabia.

Al Nefaie has been CEO and Board Member of Seera Holding Group since 2014, Chairman of Al Mosafer Travel and Tourism Since 2020, Chairman of Lumi Rental Company since 2020, Chairman of Al-Mawasim Investment Company since 2008, and has held many leadership positions for several other companies.

AlBraikan has been CEO and board member of Ratal Urban Development Company since July 4, 2020, as well as a member of the Executive Committee.  He completed his studies and graduated in 2006 from King Faisal University in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, College of Architecture & Planning, Architectural Engineering.

AlBraikan has been Chairman of Tadbeir Ltd.  since 2014, Chairman of Nesaj Urban Development Company since 2014, Chairman of Nesaj Residential Real Estate Complex Company since 2014, Chairman of Mimar Emirates and Arak Engineering Consultancy since 2021, he has been a member of the Executive Committee of The New Jeddah Central Company and holds many leadership positions for several other companies.
