“Nesaj Town” project in its first phase located in the Al-Waja suburb of Dammam – one of the projects of the “Sakani Program” in partnership with the private sector – recorded a sales rate of 100%, while the completion and implementation rate reached about 95%, as the project provides 674 housing units, in addition to designated sites for a number of service facilities.
“Nesaj Town” project of the “sakani” program is located in the Al-Wahha suburb in Dammam, and includes 674 housing units in three different models, on an area of more than 190,000 square meters, with unit prices starting from 530 thousand riyals.
For his part, the CEO of Retal Urban Development Company, Eng. Abdullah Al-Braikan, confirmed that the project found a great demand by the beneficiaries of the “sakani” program, as the housing units in the project were completely sold in its first phase, due to the modern models of the units, their appropriate prices and ease of booking procedures.
