Al-Fozan has been Vice Chairman of Ratal Urban Development Company since July 4, 2020.
Al-Fozan finished his studies and graduated in 1986 from the Institute of Public Administration in Dammam Department of Financial Studies – Saudi Arabia.
Al-Fozan has been director of Madar Electricity Materials Co. Ltd. since 2007, director of Madar Hardware Co. since 2007, board member of Al-Fozan Holding Company since 2009, board member of Al Maali Holdings since 2021, and has held many leadership positions for several other companies.
