Eng. Abdullah AlBraikan, CEO and Founder of Retal Urban Development, brings over 15 years of experience in urban development and institutional transformation. Throughout his career, he has contributed to creating work environments that foster innovation, enhancing performance efficiency, and maximizing human capital investment to achieve sustainable growth—combining strategic vision with effective execution.
AlBraikan holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the College of Architecture and Planning at King Faisal University. He began his professional journey in 2008 as a Project Engineer at Mohammed & Abdullah AlSubaie Company (later AIMS Holding), then joined Emaar Saudi Arabia before managing major projects at AlFozan Holding. In 2016, he served as Vice Chairman of the Housing and Urban Development Committee at the Asharqia Chamber, contributing to advancing urban planning and strengthening the housing sector.
Since founding Retal Urban Development, he has led the company’s path toward expansion and sustainable growth. Among his most notable achievements is contributing to the company’s listing on the Saudi Stock Exchange in 2022, while continuing to empower national talent and cement Retal’s position as one of the Kingdom’s leading urban developers.
