Retal Urban Development Company recently inaugurated the Nasaj Town project in Dammam in the Eastern Province, located on the Riyadh Expressway.

According to a company statement, “Argaam” received a copy of it; this was done in the presence of the Minister of Housing, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, the General Manager of Retal, Eng. Abdullah bin Faisal Al-Braikan, his deputy, and the general managers of the engineering and technical companies participating in the project in design, implementation and project management.

The Minister of Housing was briefed on the implementation mechanism and the typical designs of the show villas. Two samples were implemented and were opened less than six months after receiving the site and starting implementation. They are ready with complete furnishing to give the customer a whole perception of the shape and area of his housing unit.

The project comes within the first joint cooperation between Retal Company and the Ministry of Housing to implement about 700 housing units in different models and designs. The land area ranges from 190 to 300 square meters. The total construction area of the unit ranges between 250 square meters – 400 square meters distributed in three models: (Townhouse – Corner Townhouse – Standalone Villa).

The project is in the middle of many vital centres such as Dammam Commercial Complex and King Fahd Airport. It includes integrated services from mosques, schools, commercial and social complexes, and parks and gardens.

Retal established a dedicated sales centre and a showroom for housing units models, where the minister was briefed on the project and its models, and got acquainted with representatives of financing companies, banks and ministry representatives who will be present to serve customers throughout the week from two in the afternoon until nine in the evening except Friday.

For his part, the General Manager of Retal said that he views the project from two perspectives, the first, as a citizen and the second, as an individual in the community. He considers it a qualitative leap in the development of housing projects in the Kingdom, and the interest in completing integrated projects at a high level, while providing all financing facilities for those wishing to own property and providing free maintenance services for a year after sale.
