The CEO of the National Housing Company Retal inaugurates the show villa for the Nesaj Town Dammam project
During the inauguration of the project, Eng. Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Bati, CEO of the National Housing Company, praised the rapid implementation of the project by Retal Urban Development. It is the only developer that delivered the project ahead of the scheduled schedule. Complete and vibrant, and to create more diversity in housing products suitable for every family.
Al-Bati praised the Nesaj Town project, saying that it is the unique model that the National Housing Company and the beneficiaries are looking for due to its reasonable prices and quality in implementation and design.
“Retal is one of the best strategic partners of the National Housing Company for its provision of various housing solutions suitable for the beneficiaries of the sakani program, and the closure of Nasaj Town Riyadh sales within 96 hours, but this reflects the confidence of the beneficiaries in Retal residential projects, its high quality and its distinguished services,” added Al-Bati.
On his part, Eng. Abdullah Al-Braikan, CEO of Retal Urban Development Company, confirmed that the ministry provided significant support to developers, allowing them to create more expansive areas of diversity in products, excellence and quality of outputs to support the Kingdom’s vision 2030 to secure optimal housing for citizens.
“Retal has developed more than 5,000 housing units during the past few years, which we are proud of as it represents our service to the nation and the citizens, and its upcoming new project will be a distinctive addition to the housing sector in the Kingdom”, he said.
This came during the inauguration of the show villas for the second phase of the “Nasaj Town Dammam” project, one of the projects of “Retal for Urban Development”.
It is worth noting that Retal received the award for the best real estate developer in the Kingdom for the year 2019 for its development of integrated housing projects within the Sakani program.Back to home page
