The transformation journey started in 2012 in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province when Retal Urban Development joined the stellar Al Fozan Group of Companies and began to develop residential, commercial and mixed-use properties.
Retal represents the quintessence of craftsmanship by embracing the virtues of urbanism. Joint Venture with Mimar + An Accolade by MOMRA
Retal Urban Development and Mimar Engineering Group formed a joint venture to provide the best-in-class architectural design and urban planning solutions focused on the principles of green architecture and sustainability. Moreover, Retal Urban Development won the "Best Real Estate Developer Award" by MOMRA.
Conversion to CJSC + Best Real estate Developer Award by MOMRA
Retal Urban Development successfully transformed its legal status into a closed joint-stock company with 50 maximum shares distributed among selected shareholders. In addition to that, the property developer also won an accolade by MOMRA, titled as "Best Real Estate Developer Award".
Establishment of Marasi Al Khobar + Establishment of TRS
Retal Urban Development established a real estate fund called "Marasi Al Khobar, " worth SAR 7.5 billion in urban development. The property developer also instituted TRS.
Partnership with ROSHN + Residential Project Excellence Award 2022
Retal Urban Development was the first Saudi Real Estate developer to form a partnership for residential development with ROSHN. And the property developer won a "Residential Project Excellence Award 2022" for its Nesaj Town Project by Riyadh Residential Forum.
