As part of its Nesaj Town projects, and in partnership with the National Housing Company, Retal Urban Development Company has launched its Nesaj Town Al Narjis project. The launching ceremony was honored and sponsored by His Excellency the Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing, Mr. Majid Alhoqail, who attended the signing ceremony by Retal’s Chief Operating Officer, Eng. Youssef bin Ibrahim Al Hamoudi, and National Housing Company CEO, Mr. Mohammed Al Batti.
The project is strategically located in one of Riyadh’s main integrated urban suburbs supported by modern infrastructure and high quality of life, in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
Eng. Abdullah bin Faisal Albraikan, CEO of Retal, explained that this partnership and the high trust that the Ministry, executive authorities, and clients placed in Retal is a source of pride in its technical and administrative staff and quality assurance staff which seek to provide the right product that meets clients’ aspirations.
The project covers an area of 160,000 square meters and consists of 550 independent housing units with different areas, designs, and architectural distributions. The state-of-the-art architectural designs are suitable for the needs of the typical Saudi family, and the buildings feature modern and spacious structures.
The project is a continuation of the successive achievements of Retal’s Nesaj Town projects and the strategic expansion of the company’s projects in the Kingdom in general and in Riyadh in particular with the aim of providing suitable homes for Saudi families, marking another milestone on its journey to provide comfort and well-being with the highest standards of quality and mastery.
